This course is very brief, I have understood only basic concepts and it's meaning. Need to read further to get more information about SFBT. The conduction of the course is bit monotonous even though the information is important.

Normalizing, Re-framing, Exceptions, Scaling, The Miracle Question and Goal Setting seem pretty simple and straight forward at the outset but those are the ones that require tremendous effort when it comes to practically applying them as they are capable of yielding exponential results. Focus on the solutions rather than the problems is the central theme of the course and it is so apt if one needs to lead a fulfilling life. Kudos to Dr. Krishna for putting this together.
