Wel paced step by step instructions. Easy to understand and follow.

Im a complete beginner and this is so beginner friendly, I already feel like Ive made progress and I'm only 2 videos in!

Very clear and concise teaching.

This is a very thorough and detailed course for beginners. It will give you a very firm foundation for Illustrator. It's a good speed, with templates and examples to practice on - just pause the video and play around to get used to the different functions. As a teacher myself, I think this is an excellently put-together course.

Great course as a first step OR if you wanna refine your skills

This was my third try taking a course on AI here, given that I have experience with PS as a web designer, for about two years, I never used AI for more than very basic edits (like cutting elements out, changing colors, fonts, etc)

What I love about this course:

1) clear instructions;

2) practical examples along with each new topic that I actually have to do it as a homework, along with the insturctor. To me seeing someone doing the job is extremely important to learn their tricks and such.

3) the final project.

I'm not intimidated by you, AI, no more !! :)

This project would have been a great course. I would have gave it 5 stars if it wasn't for a few problems.

1) The original files in the download section does not work.

2) The instructor did resubmit the files, but some of them did not work either.

3) After contacting the instructor the second time about his defective files, he still hasn't yet to respond. And it has been 2 weeks as of today and still no response. So I wasn't able to effectively finish this course.

4) The instructor speaks very fast, so I had to keep pausing the video for each step.

Other than these few problems, this program would have been great.

Thank you so much for this great course. From a complete beginner I feel ready to start working on my own tattoo and t shirts designs. Really a great experience! Looking forward to seeing your next course ;)

I went through the entire course viewing each lesson and found them to be very informative, well structured and easy to follow from start to finish.
