Starting with a short introduction to Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 and its general use, this course will take you through color correction theory, tools and techniques, and will teach you how to apply them in practice. The structure of each lecture, especially in sections where we learn about Premiere tools, will follow a scheme that combines theory and applied knowledge which is given through examples.
With these basics mastered, the course will take you through useful techniques by teaching you how to create cinematic looks similar to hollywood movies, as well as more advanced grading techniques in Section 6.

I believe that the tutor doesn't explain in details everything from scratch but you do need a basic knowledge already to understand. Also he keeps using colorista III assuming that students have purchased the software but this class is meant for premiere pro. At last there is not certification even though the class is promoted as a class with completion certification

Gut, wobei er vermutlich gleich mit dem Colorgrading und Correcting beginnen könnte... wenn jemand den Kurs gewählt hat, wird er vermutlich über Premiere Pro bereits bescheid wissen... Anfänger kommen doch gar nicht auf die Idee von Farbbearbeitung!

Un très bon résumé sur la colorimétrie dans Première ; Très didactique et bien documenté, il conviendra bien aux DÉBUTANTS déjà à l'aise avec le logiciel ; Un peu trop théorique à mon sens, il résume néanmoins de manière pro la colorimétrie !

Par contre, je dois bien l'avouer après 15 mois à fond sur première, je n'ai strictement rien appris, ce tuto est vraiment réservé aux NB désireux de parfaire leurs connaissances synthétiques sur cet aspect du logiciel...

Pour ma part, j'aurais aimé apprendre des trucs plus avancés ET SURTOUT voir le travail de cette PREMIÈRE PARTIE dans un montage global et son application dans le cadre d'un film entier...

Il n'empêche que le travail est clair et très détaillé ! Bravo pour le boulot :-) JF

This is a great course to study! The curriculum is well organized, well thought out and well presented. Clearly, George knows his stuff. I began color correction way back when I owned & operated a commercial darkroom. The digital path led me to Photoshop and then to Premiere. If you're serious about obtaining super color fidelity and grading your footage, this course is for you!
