Thanks to this course, I am now equipped to optimize resources, manage risks more effectively, and contribute to a culture that embraces change and continuous learning. The positive impact on our organization's agility and responsiveness to market demands is already becoming evident. I highly recommend the "Make Agile Work at an Enterprise Level" course to anyone looking to scale Agile practices in their organization. The benefits are clear, and the skills acquired are indispensable for today's dynamic business landscape.

This course and all the preceding courses in this series has been very informative and enlightening. I am looking forward to applying the concepts that I've learned in this course to my work and hopefully drive tranformation. Thanks!

Good overview of the different models and how they are different. Teacher is very knowledgable about the different models. I would like if section 4 was 3x as long because it is too high level in discussion with too much information on the slides to understand what SAFe and DAD really are about.taking this class from 4 hours to 8 or 9 would be more valuable and more like a "402" college class yet still only half the time.

Very nice course. Well worth my time. A very finely tuned level of detail. Other courses broadbrush, agile options or dive deep into a single agile option. The strikes a unique balance that is very informative for making strategic decisions on choosing the agile methodologies. My one suggestion is to have a final quiz at the end that includes all of the questions from earlier quizzes. This will help me affirm my learning both at the end of the course and also months later.

Brilliant course. Builds context around Agile and Waterfall learning I had "on-the-job" and brings in to real perspective and insights of what are often seen as two methodologies that clash. A lot of though provoking lessons alongside excellent guidance and advice.

Another excellent course about Agile from Chuck Cobb. As usual it is very comprehensive, extremely clearly explained and structured. I also particularly like Chuck's insights about Agile/Waterfall, and how you should consider a given methodology as a "cookbook" approach.

I'm working in the aerospace industry I passed my PMI-ACP exam for two weeks ago, during my preparation phase, I was always asking myself whether Agile can work for large companies such as Airbus or Boeing and if yes, then how? This course has answered my questions. Great explanation, well structured and and enough learning materials. Thanks for this great course

By Lotfy Saleh on 12/28/2021

The course is very good but I have few comments: 1) there are too much reading from slides and a lot of text in slides, which make it too much and several times I get lost. 2) I highly recommend to break this course to more detailed courses, for example the most important section in this course is how to implement agile, so rather than talking a lot about what scaled agile framework in the market are, I would focus on how to deal with change management required to go transformation. Any way thanks for the efforts

By Carla Bhering-Mariano on 12/20/2021

Not really engaging for people that have already been exposed to Agile frameworks - too much theory and reading as apposed to real examples, case studies. I feel like that reading through the material by myself would have the same value as watching the videos.

By CBC QA Team on 8/4/2021

Excellent course for someone looking for an hybrid approach at enterprise level. It offers overview and strategy to build an implementation plan. good to get an idea of how to mix agile and traditional project management principles.
