Course Description
AI is changing the way work gets done — and managers are being asked to figure out how to use it while continuing to lead people effectively.
For people managers, the opportunity is not simply to automate more tasks. It is to use AI thoughtfully to reduce administrative work, improve preparation, support decision-making, and create more time for the human side of leadership: coaching, feedback, communication, development, and relationship-building.
This course gives managers a practical introduction to using AI in everyday management. You’ll explore ways AI can help you prepare for meetings, organize information, brainstorm ideas, draft communications, think through employee-development conversations, and manage recurring responsibilities more efficiently.
You’ll also learn where human judgment still matters most. AI can help you generate options, organize your thinking, and save time, but it cannot replace the context, empathy, trust, accountability, and judgment required to lead people well.
Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to:
• Identify management tasks where AI can save time
• Write more useful prompts for common workplace needs
• Use AI to prepare for 1:1 meetings and coaching conversations
• Brainstorm questions, agendas, and development ideas
• Draft and refine workplace communications
• Organize information and summarize complex material
• Evaluate AI-generated output rather than accepting it automatically
• Protect the human-centered parts of management
• Recognize situations where AI should support — not replace — your judgment
• Build practical AI habits that fit into your existing management workflow
You do not need to be an AI expert or a technical professional to benefit from this course. The focus is practical application for managers who want to work more efficiently while continuing to lead with clarity, empathy, and good judgment.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a stronger understanding of how AI can support your role as a manager and practical ideas you can begin applying immediately.

I find this training informative for people managers. This training has debunked a myth of AI replacing humans. AI is a tool which will add value to the strategy and decisions made by the leaders.

Excelente curso, sobre todo para reflexionar sobre el uso correcto de AI y como evitar que tome decisiones que kos competen a los lideres, es un partner, no tomador de decisiones

Pros: The content was well designed and highly informative. The role-play sessions and quizzes were particularly effective, providing practical insights and helping to better understand how the concepts can be applied in day-to-day activities. Areas for Improvement: The course relies heavily on conversation-based learning. Incorporating more visual elements such as graphs, images, and animations could help enhance engagement and maintain learner attention.

I thought this was an excellent course. It offered practical guidance on responsible AI use and did a great job emphasizing trust, fairness, and the importance of keeping the human touch.

Yes. While some of the suggestions for integrating AI to help streamline tasks wasn't necessarily helpful to my personal needs, there were plenty of very useful suggestions I'd not considered previously
By Kevin Kizer on 4/29/2026
I am not a people manager and should not have been required to take this. that being said, there are still some valuable points made in the training that can apply to my role.

Proporciona muy buenos tips para lograr ser el mejor lider, entender la parte humana, dedicar más tiempo al equipo, a tu desarrollo profesional, todo es alcanzable
By Rahul Pawar on 4/28/2026
It was a good course. There were numerous audio issues where the woman speaking was not audible. I asked a few of my colleagues and they said the same. Also when doing the Role Plays, you cannot see what you are typing. The text is white against a white screen, so you are guessing. And then you can edit or rephase your prompts. It really took away from the learning experience.

Content is right, more visuals vs. lecture would help. I now see more value in the lectures - it's good real-world situations and AI applications in the right way. I suggest informing the audience before they start the course what the format is and what to expect. The user should then find the right time for them to concentrate on a speaking lecture and get the most out of the content.

I thought it was a good match and I liked the role play. I also liked the examples that were given and may return to re-watch some segments, particularly about helping team members with career development. I did not think the quizzes were helpful.
