Deborah Grayson Riegel

Deborah GraysonRiegel is an executive coach, workshop leader, keynote speaker, MBA instructor, and author. She combines her expertise in cognitive, behavioral and social psychology, public speaking, and coaching to help leaders and teams achieve personal and professional success.
She started her career at age 17, when she won the U.S. National Championship in public speaking as a high school senior and was immediately recruited to teach presentation and communication skills at colleges and corporations. She is a founding member of the University of Michigan's first improvisational comedy troupe, and helped support herself through her master's degree at Columbia University by performing stand-up comedy in New York City. As a result, Deborah can think on her feet -- and handle any audience.
Deborah served as an instructor of Management Communication at the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. She was also a Visiting Professor of Executive Communications at the Beijing International MBA Program at Peking University, China, where she prepared senior leaders from around the world to communicate more effectively in a growing global marketplace.

Yes it was, for me I am just a bit shy so every time when I have to speak in a team or meeting I become very scared and that cause me to loose everything I have to say. I become blank and end shaking.
