This course is made with a complete beginner in mind and it will help you learn AutoCAD right from the basics.

What's in this course
This course starts from scratch assuming you know nothing about AutoCAD whatsoever and it will gradually take you to all the basic, intermediate and advanced topics in a step by step way.
The course is project-based and video lessons are made with the practical application of tools and commands in mind. The course is primarily divided into three parts:
Part 1 is Practical video lessons that are based on real-world application of tools and commands.
Part 2 is Practice exercises related to modules with detailed video descriptions of answers.
Part 3 is Multiple choice question type quizzes with answers to assess course performance.
What you can expect at the end of this course
Once you are through this course you will be able to make your own drawings using simple and advanced tools of AutoCAD like polylines, arcs, circles and you will be able to fully dimension them as well as per drawing standards. You will also be well equipped to use drawing management tools like layers and you can make use of a ready-made set of symbols using a block library and external references.
Finally, you can also modify and print existing drawings using your own settings. So, in a nutshell, you will be able to use AutoCAD inside out once you are done with this course.

This course was a good overall review of AutoCAD. I found the course useful because I have used AutoCAD in the past but I needed a refresher course which I could work through at my own pace. Everything was presented clearly. I thought that the exercises at the end of each section were appropriate, but I thought that the quizzes could be better. They were too short and sometimes the questions didn’t reflect the major learning points of the section.

Great teaching style; very easy to follow at the beginning but gets more complex around the middle section. Feels like drinking from a fire hydrant. stick with it and replay as needed.
