AWS Amplify Studio Masterclass - Visually Build UI & Backend (Udemy.com)

Learned a lot from this course. I appreciated the short format. Amplify was new to me, and I feel this session gives a straight-to-thepoint and wide enough overview of this AWS feature, and also Figma. Some minor glitches occurred, mainly because Amplify envolved since then: UI, IAM roles? (IAM role with amplify admin permission group didn't exist in my configuration, I had to manually create it). The course was pleasant to hear and follow (pace, tone, practicing, ...) Thanks

Great content. Super low audio (have to raise the volume on my system a lot. I'd like to suggest encouraging the user that if they insist upon keeping sensitive data in source code, dedicate local files to the task (logically link elements as needed) and add files with sensitive data .gitignore so as not to accidentally upload sensitive data such as AWS keys and resource public FQDN's which should be kept private.

Excellent flow and content but there are a lot of updates that have happened in AWS. The content in the videos do not always sync with the current edition. Would be great if the instructor provided an errata of changes (since last video recorded vs current state of AWS) and tried to more frequently answer the Q&A (there are a lot of unaddressed questions or issues).

Perfect course for people starting their work with AWS Amplify. Every topic included in this course is covered very good. Really one of the best course I've bought. Good job! I'm missing here only some kind of integration with lambda functions just to feel how this should be done and how to use them inside Amplify.

Good course covering all the basics of Amplify Studio. Nice and easy to follow, with a simple working example to follow through and learn the core features of Amplify Studio, Dynamo DB and integration with Figma. Only had one minor issue where the code didn't quite work as shown in the video and I needed to add some additional code so that the features worked correctly (updating and adding pets). However, this was minor and everything else worked as expected. Recommended as a good starting point for learning Amplify Studio.

I was expecting more from this course. The instructor mentions that topics like no-sql db modelling and theming are out of scope, but the course is just 5 hours. It would make sense to expand it to cover those topics. I still think is a good base but it needs to be supplemented with the tutorials provided by AWS.

Amazing course. Almost at the finish line and I am really enjoying the process. The instructor shows you how to use a lot of important REACT concepts and capabilities without making the course about REACT. Instead, he provides a great summary of Amplify use cases with hands on a project.

Very good course! Probably one of the best I've taken on Udemy, and definitely one of the most up-to-date (at this time). It does only cover the basics, but very good at getting you moving right along in the myriad muck of services that is AWS. You will be able to create a full app and deploy to AWS after this course. I highly recommend!

Really good overview of Amplify Studio and how to build an app using all of its features. Paulo does a good job explaining each step of the process. One area that could be improved would be to show the Figma actions more clearly as it is sometimes hard to see what he is doing in the videos. Otherwise the course gives you everything you need to get started using Amplify Studio.
