The Instructor is too fast in talking and explaining. if you don't have prior knowledge of programming you will probably not be able to catch anything in this course.

I can't clearly understand the speaker. Maybe it has something to do with his accent. Even if I keenly listens to it it's kind of difficult. I wish you could change the speaker. Also I expected more details on each topic. I'm disappointed to see that the topics are just brushed off slightly and moved on quickly.

This course is similar to many of the courses you would find on youTube. Each lesson explains Java in a capable manner, but it doesn't excel beyond that so I have to say the course is just average. As a beginner, I need to understand the 'why' behind the code, not just the 'what' and what the result is. I would love to have a course where the instructor would perhaps white-board some of the concepts or ideas, use the debugger to walk us through some code, or show what happens if you don't do something in the way that was just taught.

I feel things need to be explained a bit better, but after trial and error you can figure it out yourself. I am learning and it is actually pretty fun.

It's great he doesn't explain something in every possible way so you don't get bored or get a extremely long guide (like in books). But sometimes he is so short that someone who does not know how to programm might be confused.

You go the same speed through every lesson. It was fine at the start because I already knew most of those concepts, but heading into the more challenging concepts left me pausing a whole lot more frequently.

The instructor covers the basics efficiently in a short amount of time! The rest is practicing. Psudeocodes for the assignements would be really helpful!
