Didnt finish up by showing how to actually deploy the app to a webserver or how to use a production level db.

Excellent course, the project shows you how to create a Django webapp from start to finish. The code itself is really concise and you mostly end up copy pasting most of the code, which myself as a lazy programmer really appreciated. I would recommend this course for people that already know how to program and/or ambitious students willing to learn all of it from scratch but beware the learning curve might be steep without previous background.

I was taking a course on python django and it was awful . This has really helped me start to understand the framework and relationships much better

Doesn't show much for the mac and linux users who may have different commands or directories to reference

Tutor's teaching skills are good and explained all the concepts of this course clearly and you must have some basic knowledge in Django to understand them as this is not a tutorial for Django but a project course that expects you have some knowledge in Django to implement them practically.
