Intro To PostgreSQL Databases With PgAdmin For Beginners (Udemy.com)

Bom dia, o principal objetivo de fazer este curso foi pela necessidade de fazer uma atualizao nos banco de dados do sistema que desenvolvo. Venho utilizando a verso 9.4 do postgreSQL desde seu lanamento, antes usava o dBaseIII pois desenvolvia em Clipper, quando forosamente tive que mudar para Java, foi a linguagem que melhor me ambientei na poca e desde l venho desenvolvendo para meus clientes utilizando Java 8.1 e PostgreSQL 9.4 e desta semana em diante resolvi fazer uma atualizao de ambos para no ficar muito desatualizado como estou atualmente, parabns pela sua didtica. You did not bother to show how to add a new connection with pgadmin4, I'm on linux and the default connection is not created with an install... creating a new connection is not trivial.

It was a great crash course if you have some prior sql knowledge. Maybe adding a bit more detail around the options that are being chosen when setting up a new table, foreign keys, etc. or add a slide with some additional resources to learn more would address the "why" with regard to the selections that were made. In all, a great, quick introduction. Thanks!

This course only teaches basic queries, and some errors are not explained.

It's really very basic.. At least types of select like complex queries, subqueries need to be included

Instructor was not aware of basics. while using where clause you were selecting a specific line and trying to execute which returned the error.
