This course was under expectations, where the course title does not match its content besides its discussion of first 100 days in leader's journey, also reading documents are under expected value.

One of the best courses on Udemy. Short and precise. I learned a lot about key strategies and how to apply them at work. I will definitely recommend it to all new managers and leaders.

The course is a good match for me since it may lead me to practice this in my daily team engagement and my dealing with all the stake holders in leadership position within the company.

I liked the course but i expected some more detailing like how manager forecasts,what kind of analytics a manager uses,how to review team members etc..

Its a good course for new managers. Since I am not a new manager, it helped me in brushing up on things that I know and for new things that I can take away. The only advise that I have is to provide more details on how to find practical things like motivation points of team members, how can one be a great leader with practical examples. Overall, a good course.

The instructor has the information, feeds it in a very compressed course to the student. It does have what you'll need to get started, it would benefit from a few downloadable documents where some concepts are written down.
