While I appreciated the deep dive into the history and origins, the presentation could be more engaging. The slides were quite text-heavy. It would be much more effective to visualize the content through diagrams or icons to help with retention, rather than just having the trainer read long paragraphs out loud.

The discussion was great overall, but I hope future sessions could include more real-life examples rather than relying mainly on the slide content. This would help improve understanding. Thank you!

It helps to understand the history and meaning of Globalization and Outsourcing As she progressed into the course, I began to understand the importance of outsourcing and the relationship with Globalization. I found it interesting that the whole world is needed for manufacturing of goods and services.

The course is filled with useful information that you definitely require to have as IT manager, was missing some real life examples of terms and where to apply these as for people with no background it could be hard to understand how to apply what at which moment in time. Never the less, enjoyed the course to the fullest.

The material is rather lengthy and she is reading verbatim. This was a great course to take. There were some areas in which the instructor was commenting on but there was no reading material to follow. I'll be repeating the course again and takin notes. Once again a great job.
