Good overall review of KM. One issue I had was the section on terminology. It was 25 minutes and most of the terminology was related to legal terms, not knowledge management terms.

By Terry Withers on 11/11/2020

Based on previous research and learning the technical side of the course is founded on solid academic material. There is some dated content such as references to knowledge management software which I ended up skipping. Good value for 15.00 but would have been annoyed if I'd paid the full amount.

By Mohammed Alshaye on 6/23/2020

it just reading an articles ... we can do it our selfs. I expect to find an interactive and graphical illustrations of the subject.

By Yves Leibig on 6/8/2020

Too much emphasis on Applied Knowledge Management within the Legal Profession, something which was not explicitly mentioned in the course description
endless list of so called real life examples which pretty take up 80% of the course delivery..
I get more fun and information reading pages of a dictionary

By Jo-Ann Rudder on 5/15/2020

The presentation style was like a lecture with no interaction and slides were like a transcript

By Esther Amunga on 5/11/2020

It was sort of a good match.

By Lauren Marshall on 4/18/2020

Slides don't do a good job of representing the spoken content in a concise way. Important spoken content is also missing from the slides.

By Matthew North on 4/4/2020

There were no walkthrough examples of how to conduct KM practices. I would have liked to work through case studies too.

By Bostjan Delak on 2/27/2020

Yes, it was good match

By Omar El-Gayar on 2/11/2020

These are simply very text-heavy slides that are mostly read aloud. A classic example of kill by ppt. I suggest that the content for these slides are made available as handouts and added as a resource for the course. The slides can then be revamped to provide explanations for the underlying concepts (and also provide the slides as a resource where one can add comment as needed.

Definitely!

Just recycled Wikipedia and Press Release content, not edited, visually bland, and poorly constructed. No original content and some material is 10 years+ out of date.
