I am experiencing great level pleasure & knowledge in learning Change in the Office atmosphere which inevitable, how to handle smoothly the change process and what is best ways of passing communication to employees. How to build confidence among the employees was great learning for me. Udemy Thank you.

The quiz was well-structured and aligned with the training content, reinforcing key concepts in change management. Clearer wording and more detailed answer explanations would further enhance its effectiveness.

It gives me more ideas about Change Management. Something that is very helpful for me especially that we are in a business that is always aiming for continuous improvement whether in the office, business and school. These are in terms of processes and strategies in managing the change.

good high level overview if you want to learn about general change management in an organisation. If you want hands-on knowledge about how to perform change mngt as e.g. a consultant, this is less useful

I like the training. It is fascinating to consider how to deal with the future when no one knows what is coming. Mr. Hunt gives great ideas and simple tools to prepare for the future and develop plan.

The content is good if you can stand still for the first chapters. But when you first start watching, he is reading the text, and it is not natural and fluent. Sometimes it may be annoying. However if you manage to contunie spesifically comms and change mngmnt chapters' content is good. Worth watching.

His innovative way of looking at change ,he seems to be a man of experience ,not much interested in maintaining the status que but as a change broker.

I liked the course, But one disappointing observed is Q&A, it is not been answers. And the topic itself a change management but the last updated in the course is 2015 a long back. But other way, the content is good to know.
