This was very interesting. At the beginning references were made to other learnings or trainings so It would be helpful to have those sequenced with this topic or listed as a reference for review.

My goal investing in this course was to be able to communicate any and every situation in a workplace no matter the circumstances. This course did exactly that for me!

It is helpful and interesting but I thought executive communication would be more about communicating with executives, not managerial strategies for handling different types of communication. I can see how it is useful, just not quite what I was expecting. After watching more of the training it is helpful and insightful. Some of it may be difficult to achieve in different social environments but the course is still valuable and is helping me gain more insight even if I don't always 100% agree that those things could be effective.

Excellent training!! Has to be one of my favorites on communication. I have so many tools I can use to improve my communication skills and presentations!

I liked this course because it gave simple ways to handle difficult people. I especially liked the public speaking section and intend to practice the skills that were taught for giving speeches.
