Gave me a more of a clear concept on how leadership on any level could be handled while maintaining a chain of command but at the same time working as a team regardless of position or any power associated with it.

Course does explain the characteristics or qualities of Good Leader! It does a deep dive for couple of them. It could been better to give more details on how to achieve them with more examples

I learned a lot on the proper way to communicate and what makes a good leader in the corporate world. That often times it's not only freedom that is important but also a rewarding experience.

This is an excellent course for a beginner and will work well for me. I found that the basics of leadership types is vital to working in a team. It is not about getting the position but establishing yourself as a credible leader for that position that counts.

Going into this I thought this would be very basic and just common sense/knowledge. But the techniques and strategies he mentions that really dive deep into the social aspect of what a true leader is quite helpful. You will learn the difference between what a "Leader" is, and a discredited/feared dictating boss.

This course has helped to gain a better understanding of this subject and implementing them in the workforce.
