As someone who has passed the CCST (IT Support) exam, here is my perspective. This is the hardest of the three CCST exams, for the simple reason that there is no syllabus on Cisco NetAcad to study for (except for a bit on Cisco's troubleshooting methodology), it's largely a test of your experience/intuition. So while I did find this course useful, it is definitely more to refresh/summarise what you already know. If you don't have foundational IT knowledge, I am afraid this course can't help you (the instructor also mentions this at the start of the course) and you should definitely work on that aspect first.

Definitely a great course with very helpful study resources. This was one of my study resources. I passed my Cisco Certified Support Technician - IT Support certification exam on 12/30/24.
