It is a good match with my present job situation.

By Deependra Jain on 11/15/2020

I found the learning relevant and refreshing, topics and examples are practical and well rounded. We practice some of these concepts well, however the essence is to continuously improve and apply more in real world conflicts. Over all a great course Kudos

By Sasank Jammi on 11/8/2020

The course was very insightful,it could be a bit elaborate.

By Kit Reynolds on 11/8/2020

The course is well paced, thought provoking and easy to follow.

By Mark van Zanden on 11/8/2020

Succinct introduction and practically moving forward quickly. I like the speed of development and the expectation setting right at the front
I was expecting a bit more advanced thinking on how to identify and manage one's own emotion (perhaps it's coming later). The material on what is conflict felt a bit banal (almost like compliance training)

By Vaddepally Vaishnavi on 11/8/2020

The course was really a good match for me and I have learnt the several new concepts related to EI

By Aarohee Sabnani on 11/8/2020

By Elizabeth Storr on 11/8/2020

This was my first Udemy course . Iwasn't sure what to expect but found it very interesting and thought provoking. I am aware that I avoid conflict but have learnt more about when this is appropriate and when unhelpful. It has also helped me to consider the persepctive of others in difficult situations.

Content is great but this course needs some serious editing and focus. Break this up into easily consumable bits. the main takeaway from the course shouldn't be the information revealed near the start. The course has unnecessary complexity to it - we don't need to know how the brain works to be better at Conflict Management (and that's coming from someone who loves learning more about how the brain works)
