My name is Kristen Hayer, and I'm the CEO of The Success League, a customer success consulting firm. Very informative, engaging and well-structured. Topics presented were clear, meaningful and practical. This was a valuable learning that I can apply to my work and professional development.

By Carolyn Beckford on 6/23/2026

Content was great. The presenter wasn't camera on, so a bit bothersome that she was looking directly at the viewer. Video froze a few times and got a few errors in the stream.

THE COURSE IS TIMELY, ESPECIALLY NOW THAT I JOIN MARKET FACING DEPARTMENT. IT WILL ASSIST ME TO DELIVER MY ASSIGNED DUTIES ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS.

By Kago Lebogang on 5/4/2026

It was a good course especially in aligning the CSM's role with other supporting roles such as Sales, making it evident that good Customer Service is a cycle and path that involves all from the onboarding process.

I always like learning and improving on my skills and relationships. This learning was a great opportunity.

I consider that in most cases the goal will be to manage the leadership in order to integrate different teams and team members into one big team, dealing with and containing negative relationships, reducing/containing risks, and of course giving to every team the freedom to accomplish their tasks respecting their particular processes, aligning all the teams under the big umbrella that represents Customer Success in front of the Customer.

By Adam Barr on 2/5/2026

For my own role I do not operate at this level with interdepartmental interactions, however it provides a good idea of how I can identify concerns and improvements I can escalate to those who do.

By Anonymized User on 12/19/2025

This instructor is fantastic. Going through the 7 sections of customer success and how it intersects with real work examples gives a comprehensive understanding of what happens, why it happens and what you can do regarding customer success.

It is really helpful to make good relationship with the client and with the team with whom i am going to work together. Awesome!

By Karen Yeo on 12/29/2020

Recently switched to CS so I'm very new to it, and I like how Kristen breaks down how CS works with the various teams in the org. and what to look out for and the tactics on better alignment and engagement. She's engaging and the content is easy to understand too. One wish I have is that the course would touch on how to set up an effective CS programme.
