Our take
Based on the ratings of 587 students, a sample of their written reviews and the syllabus, as the course stood in January 2026. No course pays to be reviewed.
This is a Jenkins course first and a Kubernetes course second. It runs 6.7 hours across 56 lectures and 12 sections, starting with scripted and declarative pipelines, then adding SonarQube, Ansible, Docker with Tomcat, master and agent nodes, credentials, a shared library and Terraform deployments. The newest section covers a GitOps flow with Argo CD on AWS EKS, and the course was last updated in January 2026. The syllabus has no quizzes or coding exercises, so it is watch and follow. It suits people who already know their way around Jenkins.
Reviewers like the step-by-step demos and say the workflow feels like a real project. Of 587 ratings, 476 are four or five stars. The complaints are consistent, though. Hari Kammana's accent and pacing lose some students, and one says terms needed explaining before the practical work. Others mention that Docker and Ansible examples repeat, a few lessons are out of order, tool versions look dated, and a Tomcat key appears in a demo without saying where it came from. One reviewer also asks for the demo code repo.
With 4,747 students, this is a modest crowd, and the course is short. Treat it as a tour of how to build pipelines, not a place to learn Docker or Kubernetes. One reviewer says the basics of both go unexplained and Ansible gets little detail. If you already know those tools and want a compact Jenkins to Argo CD walkthrough, it is decent value. Beginners should learn the tools first and come back.
Pros
- Step-by-step demos that reviewers say feel like a real project workflow
- SonarQube quality gates and Trivy scans that fail the pipeline automatically
- Argo CD GitOps and AWS EKS section, newly added and labeled 2026
- Also touches Terraform, Ansible, shared libraries and Slack or email alerts
Cons
- Accent and pacing are hard to follow for some, and terms are not explained first
- Some lessons are out of order, Docker and Ansible examples repeat, tool versions look old
- No quizzes or exercises, and reviewers say the demo code repo is missing
Very nice and fluent explanation with step by step hands on. Thank you! Hari Sir.
Listed as All Levels, but reviewers say you should know Jenkins and basic Docker first. It plays closer to intermediate.

You will learn core Jenkins concepts in depth, including:
Jenkins Pipelines (Declarative & Scripted)
Master–Agent (Master–Slave) architecture
Deploy terraform using Jenkins
Jenkins security best practices
Tool integrations and plugin management
Ansible integration with Jenkins
The course walks you through building production-grade CI pipelines, where you:
Build Docker images using Jenkins pipelines
Dynamically tag Docker images
Push images to Docker Hub
Integrate SonarQube for static code analysis and enforce quality gates
Perform Docker image vulnerability scanning using Trivy
Fail pipelines automatically based on code quality or security issues
Newly Added: Production-Ready Kubernetes CI/CD with GitOps
The newly added section takes the course to the next level, focusing on modern, production-grade Kubernetes CI/CD using GitOps principles.
In this section, you will:
Design an end-to-end Kubernetes CI/CD architecture using Jenkins + Argo CD
Use yq to programmatically update Kubernetes manifest files from Jenkins
Commit and push Kubernetes manifest changes back to Git (GitOps workflow)
Set up an AWS EKS cluster
Install and configure Argo CD
Deploy applications to Kubernetes using Argo CD GitOps-based deployments
Notifications & Integrations
You will also learn how to configure pipeline notifications by integrating Jenkins with:

In a video course, I expect that the scenario is prepared and tested. I do not expect to see any problem faced during video course. If the scenario in video course is knowingly going hit a problem, then the troubleshoot should be explained as part of course material. Video course is recorded, and it should be reviewed before published, if some unnecessary issue happened, I expected it to be cut/removed.

This course does not explain the basic of Docker, Kubernetes. There is no mention of how to use Ansible. It's good if you just want to see some sample code of how to build a Jenkins pipeline. Don't have high expectations just the need to know to script stuff nothing in detail.

This is something in real time , this work flow is considered as a real time project experience

Great course there was only one thing that think was missing. This was the git repo for all of the code in the demos. If you have the git repo url that would be great

Section 2: Lecture 11 & 12 If you could create a report or dubug verbose and send the report to Email & Slack that will be great!
