The scholarly content is the best. Some reference has been made to psychology and Behavioral Science "seemingly" as the founders of evolutionary theories. However, there is no acknowledgement of the profound contributions of anthropological studies and in particular, the biological anthropology in introducing the evolutionary subjects.

This is a good course for managers to take, it covers a lot around the importance and benefits to diversity and inclusion which are backed by sound research. The only reason that I did not rate this course higher is the research is largely from 2019 and before that and I think that the pandemic has changed a number of the metrics significantly. Some for the better and some for the worse. The principles however remain the same and it is worth your time to get good insights

Generally good. Significant portion is not new, but it is organized and delivered well. Some data is presented without demonstrating consideration of significant factors of interpretation and that makes it appear presented selectively to support the point being made. Looking forward to seeing how this all comes together in the second half.

I appreciate the research based focus, but the inclusion of Malcom Gladwell's fairly problematic journalism along with more rigorous sources was disappointing. Please see: https://askakorean.blogspot.com/2013/07/culturalism-gladwell-and-airplane.html for another view on the Korean Air topic.

This is a valuable course. I highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in why we need to be more diverse and inclusive. I really thought that this was a well designed course, with a lot of appropriate data for comparing diverse and less diverse and inclusive environments. I really enjoyed the historical perspectives provided for how we got here and the "what works" and "what doesn't work" near the end of the course.

It serves as a good introduction to basic diversity issues. There are some good examples of studies and the findings that should hopefully be useful and should help with a planned higher level course. I did not appreciate being told to go and do another course if I don't like this one hence the 3 star rating.

Wonderful course covering wide range of topics. The course provides solid evidence supporting DEI and how it impacts innovation and financial performance for companies. DEI is controversial but the course provides wonderful insights on how companies can benefit in real and measurable terms by adopting DEI measures.

The course is very good. Big thumps up for - 1) Use of case studies 2) The diversity dimensions explained supported by research case studies 3) Challenges in Diversity 4) Pointers on What works while i appreciate and enjoyed the insightful/informative course I also expected few points like 1) few examples citing how has been the D&I framework setup in companies 2) while policy was mentioned - what kinda of policies, which all departments can that be included 3) How is the D&I council made - Is it actually required in large organizations 4) What about the D&I in the area of CSR initiatives.

This is an in-depth course on diversity. Very relevant as the diversity trends are very contrary to one's expectations. We live in a very diversified world and hence understanding what drives human behavior in a diverse world is important to make workplaces more diverse.
