Update: 5/29/25 I wish that I had truly incorporated the information sooner. I've taken the same course 2-3 times, as I noticed I missed a few very important bits of information. Ive read many books but I love Evita's approach, which aligns with many of the books and documentaries I've watched on notional excellence Thank you

I recommend this class!! I come from a junk food vegan background. I have always wanted to learn about a Whole Food Plant Based diet, and now I can say I have! Sorry to get hung up on semantics, but: It was weird to find out that "plant based" can be used to mean a *mostly* vegan diet. To me (and a lot of vegan spaces online) "vegan" is a full lifestyle that comes from a belief in justice for animals, and "plant based" is just the vegan diet (usually for health reasons). This is significant to me because I know I would be annoyed if a food product had the label "plant based," but the ingredients listed animal products. (But I understand that Evita is just the messenger). The number of links is overwhelming to a completionist like me who needs to make sure I don't miss any valuable information or recipe! Something I would love is if there were a document with all the links listed by lesson, so I don't have to compile one myself. lol The meal templates are great! The best practical advice! I definitely learned more about nutrition. Evita was also prompt and helpful answering my question. I'm definitely inspired to eat more whole foods. I'm working on a meal plan right now. Onto the Cook Real Food class I go.

Life changing. Evita, I can't thank you enough for introducing this concept to me. Its Saturday today. I had started with this course on Tuesday. From then till today, I've made notes, meal template/ shopping lists, did the shopping, prepared as required & have feasted through the week (& will feast some more with all that new variety in my fridge). The best part so far? I haven't been "cooking" at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Very well presented and helped give me clarity on what foods I should or shouldn’t be eating to benefit my overall well being as well as the environment. This won’t be a change made overnight but having been mostly a vegetarian for the past 2 and a half years I like to think I haven’t got much farther to stretch to get a fully WFPB diet. Many thanks Evita.

Evital Ochel is the best teacher I ever had, I love how she express, explain and show how too. This course taught me to eat clean, it saved my life, I wish, I took this course years ago, and maybe I could have saved my mom who is suffering from Alzheimer's and dementia. But I will share what I learn with save others.
