Are you bored of lengthy, feature-based product training? Do you believe that learning something new should be exciting and fun? I do! That's why I left my career at Microsoft to create a new type of learning experience where the focus is on the value - not the features. I'm passionate about technology and storytelling, and I thrive to share my experiences of how technology can effectively be used to work smarter - in a more engaging way. I'm the founder of two companies - Business Productivity and Storyals, the mother of three, Swedish and live in Dubai.

I signed up for a refresher course not that I took a course on this before, I just learned as I go. I've learned how to make new folders under the inbox with the period before the new name which I didn't know you could do. Looking ahead to the future with side by side on dates in the calendar. Setting up groups. I share my calendar with a co-worker, but I would like to know how to un-share that? I asked my IT Director, but he said that cannot be un-done.

Great tips on productivity using Outlook however, it would be appreciated if you upgraded the video because in Outlook 2010, the User Interface is pretty different. I have to search it before I can implement it.

A lot of practical and useful information! Will definitely refer to some of the sections again, until I become more proficient. The pace was pretty fast, so I found it helpful to repeat some sections a few times and pause them while I working on my own Outlook screen.

I learned a lot to organize my emails, my calendar appointment, task management and my contacts. This tool can help even on my personal schedule, daily activity and to do list.
You will definitely enjoy this video.

Yes, stopping video to apply learning right away as I learn it - since I will not remember otherwise.

Course was beneficial but one thing would be useful if added. Auto flagging of emails
