Very detailed yet simple explanations even a more complex subjects. the only flaw in the course, is too much information about the graphical interface. But that's just opinion of quite well oriented linux user (but in no linux ninja) I have supplemented minor gaps in my knowledge of linux. For example i have no freaking ide how to deal with lvm. Now i know how to RHCA-E exams looks and i can take both of them in one shot. MR. ERMIN GREAT THX

This course was very informational, but the title is very misleading. I assumed that I would be learning EVERYTHING required to take and pass the RHCSA exam, but I don't believe that is the case. Many of the objectives that could appear on the exam are not covered...I gave 3 stars because the description of this course says otherwise and I am very disappointed. The only reason it is not lower is because I enjoyed the parts that were covered. They were explained well and I learned from them. However, I would never take the RHCSA exam without learning A LOT more than what these videos provide.

This course is perfect for those who aspire to become a system administrator or those who love twinkering with linux systems like me. Although I'm advanced linux user still i was able to learn a few things which I couldn't have learned otherwise. This course fits for all level for an absolute noob all the way to a professional user. Although I would like this course to add more contents about tools like rsync which is indispensable for many system admins.

Muy bien explicado!! Se le entiende perfecto lo que dice, a diferencia de otro curso que tengo. Sin duda renove mis conocimientos previos del tema y aprendi cosas nuevas. Ojalá hubiese tenido un profesor asi en la Universidad. Hay algunos temas, que le falta un poco mas de explicacion. Aparte de eso, en sus ultimos videos los subtitulos estan muy mal. Deberian checar eso. Otra cosa es que, pareciera que ya no contesta las preguntas que los alumnos hacen. Pero todo lo demas excelente.

I first completed the course to decide whether it adds value. Some courses I have done, drop the quality near the end. This course was consistently engaging, presenter does an excellent job getting a very specific message across. Lessons are broken up nicely, not too long, just right. Absolutely best course I have done so far.

Very detailed and great way of explanation. Though I feel some parts of tutorials could be cut short and few more topics could be emphasized and added as a different section rather than being cut-short; like a firewall section could be added for detailed explanation and configs on firewall. Overall a very good experience.

There are no notes to download and printout and follow along and to make notes with. What I find myself doing is to open a notepad file and makes notes and try what the instructor is doing. By doing this I am learning so in that respect my retention is better. Spends too much time doing things and not actual learning. Thought this was going to be a prep for the Cert. RedHat Linux Admin exam. I am learning things that I did not know so in that respect the course is useful.

The first session is mostly useless opinion and no useful facts. My browser won't permit me to edit the review. Sorry. 05/26/2016. Finished the course. Overall the course is excellent, despite the initial session. Interesting comments during the presentation where the instructor continually apologizes of typing or logic errors that are common to anyone doing something very fast. Yes, I would recommend the course. Messy; but good.

Terrific course by a true SysAdmin. The occasional mistakes made by the Instructor are a real encouragement to me as he takes the time to work out what gone wrong & corrects it - this is a step closer to real-life scenarios. This course is written by someone who knows their subject and whilst it may not be as polished as some other courses, for me it is all the better for it. The second half of the course does feel a little rushed but I would still recommend this course as an SysAdmin overview - not necessarily for your ex200 exam prep.. Thanks, Ermin!

Great course. Well paced with good coverage of many areas. As good as any 3 credit university level course. Also good tool for preparation of Centos/RedHat Admin exams. Some subjects very well covered (eg: installation, command line tools, file manipulations, users & groups, vi/vim, globing/grep) Other areas seem less complete at least by standards of new exams. (eg: mounting file systems, partitions, network management, archive/compress tools, booting options, VM operations, volumes) firewall, SELinux). Some areas lack basic definitions, leave me asking "very nice, but I have no idea why I need this.." (eg: some of network subjects, SELinux features) I would like to see some sections that bring everything together. Recent exam questions seem to require relevant integrated knowledge in multiple areas (eg: installation, config, firewall and SELinux) to get full points. Also set of quizes or practice tests seem to be the new norm for certification preparation courses. .. but overall no regrets.
