I enjoyed this course and learning about kinesiology. It has opened up new avenues of interest for me and Karen's explanations were clear. Thank you.

I had a Kinesiology course for H&PE. This was in 1974. I forgot a lot and the course is a reminder of things I forgot. It's a great refresher in that I can now work to test individuals to improve performance.

Working in biomechanics for the last 10 years I am aware of this topic in module one and I think this was a nice refresher on some principle concepts. Breezing through the modules, is there discussion of the facial tissues as a sensory input and the proposed distribution of force. Looking forward to a more advanced curriculum.

Presented through slides rather than reading a booklet would be a better style of presentation. However, detail is provided in the booklet. For visual learners, this would also add a balanced learning environment.

The course was great. You have to take responsibility to dive into each module and learn the content. I was missing putting the content into context so I sought out other sources online to help me be comfortable with each lesson and my grasp of it. I normally had 5 to 6 tabs opened at a time that related to course content, to give you an idea of how much information is in this course. You will need to practice so friends or family can also get involved. I intend on using the knowledge for personal care and in my healing community.

I would prefer a more standardized form of assessment after the course.

This is an informative course! You will need to do MUCH SEPARATE reading from the manual (which is provided) to get through the assessments. Your responses to the assessments will need to be submitted to Dr. Wells' team prior to certification.
