The information was pretty good but the quiz was dumb and poorly written. A few of the questions didn't follow the logical answer from what was emphasized in the video. I grasped all the concepts but the questions didn't seem to follow the important takeaways or follow how they explained.

By Manar Al-Awajy on 11/13/2024

I'm blown away by how much I've learned. This course is a must-have for anyone who wants to elevate their design skills and create truly impactful visuals. Thank you so much Mr. Perhiniak for your time and effort.

By Jennifer Lee on 6/20/2024

I love the clear visual examples that went with the principles. It clearly explains what this principle is about. The instructor's explanations also go as a perfect supplement to everything else that's there.

By Natalie Palos on 5/22/2024

This course was helpful and accurately presented the information that was advertised. The course could be organized better in the sense that the terms were introduced in the beginning of the course and then the following videos did not follow that same order.

By Kwame Awuah-Offei on 8/12/2023

This course is great for anyone who wants to dive into graphic design, who wants to learn more about how their designs affect their viewers or who wants to make their designs more effective. I personally loved the layout and tips.

By Diya Bajaj on 7/2/2023

The examples given, resources provided with the quiz and design analysis worksheet helps grab the concepts easily. Tutor's style of teaching is quite good explaining each thing and principle and meaning one by one.

Would have liked little bit more historical context on where Gestalt Theory comes from, what was before it and how it changed the way we design things. Also, I think the presentation of few of the principles (eg. Similarity) is not correct or consistent with other design literature.

By Siamak Pourbahrami on 5/10/2023

This was a short but very useful course. what I learned here was more useful than the things they thought me in art school. I hope the instructor can make more videos like this and talk about other design fundamentals also.

By Janar Stewart on 8/6/2022

Very informative, easy to follow. Outstanding examples of Gestalt Principles. Quiz relevant to material. If you love learning about visual art, this is an enjoyable and highly useful course. Thanks so much!

By Angela Boucher on 7/20/2022

I loved the course and the clear definitions given by the instructor. The only issue I had with it is that references are made to lessons or content that aren't in this particular course (like balance or composition). I am guessing they are in one of the other courses and perhaps it can be edited to reference the course where this content could be found (ex: this relates to balance which is explained in my "name here" course on Udemy.
