We will start with the basics, so you feel totally at ease with the interface, preferences, setting up new documents. We will also cover fundamental principles like the difference between vector and pixel graphics.

A well put together course by a great teacher! The last chapter wrapped up a great learning experience with a cherry on the top on how to create your own portfolio.I manage designers and wanted to know what it takes to ideate, create, and work on a tool like Illustrator so I can make the lives of our designers easier.

The teaching is good, but the version he is using is not the latest version. I had to spend much time trying to figure out how to import assets and library features from cloud environment. This was frustrating and disorienting because the assets he assumes are there were not there for me in first lesson.

I have no experience using Illustrator but have spent time watching others who can use it with jealously. I finally decided to take the plunge and decided this looked like a good way to begin. Great instructor.I tried a few online courses before but had difficulty finishing them. I usually get bored somewhere along the way and wander off.NOT THIS TIME. I was able to finish the entire course within a short span of 3 weeks and enjoyed it greatly.Highly recommended.

Lots of info and fully went though all the features. Easy to understand. Would have given 5 stars if there were a few more lessons that went a little more slowly, and included more hands on practice.
