Henry is a very relaxed and fun teacher and an all round nice guy. This course does exactly as the title and teaches you 12 fun riffs using power chords and some with single notes. In each video Henry breaks down each riff into easy pieces and then puts it together with a play along section (which you can slow down or speed up according to how you are doing with it). Some of these riffs have versions that can be performed using extra techniques which Henry also teaches in the video. I went from being useless at power chords to being a rock goddess, well perhaps not quite, but you know what I mean :). You also get a free chord book that you can download if you want but you don't need to to do so to complete this course (it is an extra bonus) as everything that you need to know is in the videos.

This course is very good for my because im beginner and this course helped my to go to guitar world. :)

A REALLY SIMPLE EXPLAINATION AND THEN A VISUAL OF THAT EXPLAINATION. IT SUMS IT ALL UP. THANKS.

This course delivers a great way to get into the guitar for beginners. Fun riffs and easy to follow.

The course is well suited for a beginner. It shows the little tips you would not get from a tablature book/magazine. It has given me confidence to play my guitar more.

I always find Henry's courses clear, concise and easy to follow. I had been watching other online teachers but Henry has easy to follow lessons and is always there for any help and support you need along the way ! :)

Very easy to follow, Henry covers all you need to know. If you have questions or anything that bothers or concerns you, he is always keen to help. I really feel like I'm getting better and better with each lesson and most of all it is FUN! I hope you'll enjoy this course as I did!

I think the short of it is that, for complete beginners, this course lacks some very important basic information, and, for people with some experience, the riffs are very simple. The course might be helpful for some people: the riffs are adequate for learning and practicing guitar (even if they are often simplified) and the exercises are useful. However, most if not all of it is already available on Youtube or other places for free, maybe by some better teachers. Therefore, I don't think the course is worth the 336€ that it is listed as. For free, this course would be a couple of useful, if not brilliant, lectures. As a paid course, it is hard to recommend. (I will update the review with more information when I am done watching the videos, but wanted to leave my review anyway)
