I have studied and used mushrooms, culinary, foraged, and medicinal plants for about 50 years. I am retired now so I am ready to begin a new path as an Herbalist My previous career was dominated by culinary and foods. By my studying the mushroom and herb courses I am gaining an understanding of my knowledge.

Excellent information, I learned a lot about these mushroom and medical benefits. I recommend this course to anyone in the Homeopathic field or even for general knowledge.

I like the fact she talks slow enough to for you to hear. I like the fact she says what Paul Stamets noted about mushrooms as he’s tops in my drawer and all should know who he is. I like the fact she has history, benefits growing, mushrooms and pics of mushrooms and recipes. The price was right for me at a crucial time of doing home steading and as a reiki practitioner to have this knowledge in a nutshell, no long classroom hours. Very thorough. The text part is nice to refer back. I learned how valuable chaga is dwindling down and how ppl over use mushrooms.we have to use wisely and be responsible in making using and this was a nice easy course. Beautiful and informative presentation on five kinds of medicine mushrooms, their medicinal properties, and how to use them. There was also discussion on how to differentiate these 5 medicinal mushrooms from similar mushrooms. The only thing I would have liked more of was additional information on distinguishing these mushrooms from similar mushrooms, such as pictures of the mushrooms, their underside, and size of pores. Overall a high quality presentation and I recommend it. I am fired up about using more mushrooms, cooking with them, and making teas and tinctures.

I absolutely Loved this course. And learned a lot. I also loved Elisabeth Heck’s attention for responsible picking Chaga. I would have liked it to see more pictures of the lookalike mushrooms. And how they look at the bottom and how they look in the inside. Maybe something for the future. Thank you for making this course. I enjoyed it a lot.

Im glad I got this course on sale. I would have liked more visuals for the "look alike" mushrooms when identifying. I was surprised that she did not cover Lions Mane (which is native to North America), Cordyceps, or Oyster mushrooms. I don't feel like I learned enough to get a certificate, even if its for a course completion.

This course was awesome. I love how Elizabeth has text versions so that I am able to listen and follow along with the notes rather than frantically type and trying to stay along with what she is saying. I enjoyed all the lessons, especially the tincture & soup recipe. thank you

Hi, it is good , nicely explained , it can be more expanded by adding more photographs of different Mushroom varieties from the other parts of world and few more recepies like pickeles, vegetables, cookies , mushroom breads and burgers . I love to make such things. Ver warm wishes for New Year and Regards ! I am a scientist (PhD on VAM fungi ) and turned Astrologer studying Astro -medical and predicting probable diseases , one may have in Future by analysing Horoscopes . I always enjoy Elizabeth's classes. I was glad she offered this class on mushrooms, While Paul Stamets has brought mushrooms to main stream audiences his approach is not as easily understandable as Elizabeth's. I am especially glad that Elizabeth's included a unit on Chaga because I wasn't aware of it being a limited recourse.

I absolutely love all of Elizabeth's courses, and this particular course is wonderful. Elizabeth shares the information, visuals, benefits and adds in recipes as well. She is such a wonderful teacher. I highly recommend this course! I would, however, love some PDFs rather than text versions. My only nit!
