Very well explained! For someone like me who is planning to kick start a new career in salesforce, this definitely helped me get a good idea of what Salesforce entails. I am currently getting training in salesforce admin certification and volunteer work experience to help me to get a job a Sojern travel marketing or Gallup to use my Excel data science certificate plus Tableau certification training to do jobs there. This course is interesting and prepares me well for these goals.

This course is great to get a feel for Salesforce especially if you are new to Cloud and are looking for a career switch. Simply awesome and truely informative - listening to Mike is a wonderful experience and learning never gets bored! I also appreciate his attempts to keep the students motivated throughout by arcticles, mazines and off course those uncut videos! On ligher note - I feel myself back in High Shcool listening to a very strict Teacher. Wish he smiles more often on his videos than what he normally does :-)

Everyone who is interested to start their career in Salesforce, should take this course! In the start, I was feeling that it is too much information to absorb, just talking without any catchy diagrams, etc.; but, since this is self-paced study, it took me a while to finish this. I find this very informative and it covers a lot of areas where one might have questions. Excellent course!
