Course Description
This hands on JavaScript training course provides the fundamental knowledge necessary to design and develop dynamic Web pages using JavaScript. It introduces students to client-side JavaScript and how the language can be used to turn static HTML pages into dynamic, interactive Web pages.
JavaScript is the globally used client-side scripting language for the web. Most browsers support the language by default, so you can get started using JavaScript and HTML with a simple text editor and browser for testing. Client-side, programming languages make web pages dynamic without making calls to your web servers for every button clicked, character typed, or mouse moved. The JavaScript language is so popular that thousands of developers have made customised libraries that make development even easier for other programmers and web designers. If you design web pages, you'll certainly need to know JavaScript to make a custom UI (user interface).
JavaScript topics include adding JavaScript to a Webpage, use of dialogs to interact with the user and JavaScript intrinsic objects such as Date, Array and Math. Nice introductory course. This course helped me at work to understand a JS code and make changes. While most of reviews told me it was outdate, but this course was easy to follow and with little bit of web search I was able to do what my supervisor wanted. A little introduction with API would have helped too. Thank you for offering this course in free.

This is an overall great program for a beginner to learn from. The lectures are thorough, quick, and re-watchable. There are command keys/shortcuts that a novice might not be familiar with that could be declared by the instructor when using them (such as [control + s] for a quick save) but all in all, this lecture is philanthropy at its finest. Thank you to all those affiliated with this website. Continue with quality videos like these and the world will be intoxicated with you all!

The instructor is great and he explains every concept in easy and concise manner. The course is design in such a good way that the videos are short less than 5 min and the sections are divided well. And the best part the course is free.

This course teaches Java Script fundamentals very nicely and this course has given me confidence and to move forward into web development , web programming. thank you Bharath sir for this wonderful course. that never made me feel Javascript is too difficult to learn. The way of teaching is OK. The problem I felt is that the instructor is not so responsive. I have asked so many doubts in Q&A & yes,he responded to some of my doubts in the early stage of the course. But later whatever doubts I asked remained as such. No responses at all!!!!!
