Course is great! While I know many of the topics and have used many of the features, I am still learning new things. Instructor (Marsha) is very good at explaining everything.

Very understandable training with lots of examples. The only improvement I can suggest, is to show the summary screen at the end of the videos a little bit longer. It is too short to read it and a bit troublesome to pause every time :) Thank you!

Para que o curso se propõe a mostrar para o seu espectador, é de grande aprendizado. Em um contexto em que você não tem muito embasamento em como gerir um projeto dentro do Jira, é um excelente curso! Vou fazer o curso de Jira Admin que é mais voltado para a minha área de atuação, e com certeza recomendo este curso. Obs: Hoje em dia talvez seja um pouco difícil em encontrar cursos que contenham conteúdo com o UI/UX atualizada do Jira, caso este for seu medo, este aqui está bem atualizado para os dias de hoje.

There are important times in the course where I had to rollback the video a few times to see where you were clicking. Probably because you have done it more than a few times it is automatic for you but it is new for us. Also, a few things have changed ever since you released this material, which makes it more difficult. Finally, we would have liked to create the same items you had to see the same results, reports, etc. Thank you,

Very clear explanation, step by step, sytarting from scrratch. As someone who is about to be the system admin and needs to create the company's account, this is exactly what I need

I have been using Jira for a very long time but took this course to start progressing toward Jira certifications. At first I was like "ya, I know all this" but then there where quite a few suprises along the way - things I had not used or thought of in a long time! Very glad I took this course, very worth the time!

The course was easy to follow, and the instructor was very reassuring and clear with the steps they took! The version of JIRA I had was slightly different, but it wasn't a huge deal, and all the functions were still there! Some were just renamed or moved.
