Though there were various parts I already learned recently, specifically about public speaking and some leadership skills involving the public, there was plenty of information about understanding leadership and the different styles and understanding when to use each style of leadership.

The re-iteration of all the different attributes and qualities of leadership was great. I found the art of persuasion (Pathos/Ethos/Logos) helpful. The content was very good and will help me in becoming a more effective and dynamic leader. Thank You!

It's essential to understand thoughts and theories about leadership in a way where we can go to the right way in leading. though there is no guarantee that we won't make a mistake when we do decision making or apply any type of leadership in a particular situation, but making mistake is not always the opposite of getting succeed. Perhaps it is one of the step in our milestones to be a great leader as long as we are willing to learn from it and rectify as well as improve it along the way.

Yes, I am in a leadership position and wanted this for myself - but more importantly, I am trying to develop others to become leaders and taking this course and listening to it from their point of view to see if it will be a good training experience for them.

It is a very good match for me because it defines leadership. Then it examines the attributes and qualities of a leader. It also gives guidelines on how to improve as a leader. This course also outlines how to align your personal traits to being an effective leader.

This is an excellent course. Leadership goes beyond a title. Those that are in a position of leadership must be an effective and dynamic leader. By doing so with powerful communication skills, flexibility and balance while productively inspiring team members, a leader will enhance work performance and overall organizational success.

The course was good and the speaker was engaging. Sometimes I felt the course would suit someone working in a larger company, rather than a smaller one like me. Showed me that I am a better Leader than Manager, so I will focus more attention in that direction.

We're just getting started, but I am enjoying the approach very much. Great job on keeping me interested to the halfway point! The content and delivery style are a very effective use of time. Quizzes could add value. Packed full of good advice and things to be considered by every person that desires to improve themselves using goal management, leadership and public presentation skills. Nice notes, but no examples. Well worth the small investment of time.
