Overall a good course. Subjects are described clearly, easy to follow through and actionable. Fantastic approach to Leadership methodology. However, I wish there were more resources available for download, instead of a bunch of links, leading to articles, some of which are broken or impossible to find; perhaps providing a set of tools, useful documents (or pdf's), slides, charts, that can surely support improvement and implementation of practises, while increasing the overall understanding of discussed topics, would make this course much more powerful and effective.
