Leaflet for Beginners (Udemy.com)

Even though this course is way over my head - as someone who has never done JavaScript- it is taught so well that I was thrilled I actually was able to make the map I wanted to make. I can’t figure out how to make the hover pop ups happen but I’ll watch it a few more times and try to get it.

Разумеется, покопавшись с кодом как следует, с помощью этих видеоуроков с английскими субтитрами можно довольно хорошо изучить leaflet, особенно если есть знания javascript. Отлично, это именно то, что мне было нужно! Буду еще возвращаться к некоторым урокам, чтобы посмотреть детали. Сразу всего и не упомнить.

Nice introduction to leaflet. Maybe it could be nice to build a small application starting from requirement, coding to something one can publish. I needed to know how to do coordinate transformation - this could be nice to get included. I like the way you change the stile of the html - This is something I also will use in the future.

Despite the lack of organization in the material, the course is AMAZING !! It has a lot of good content! A really good thing about the course is that the instructor shows you how to use the library documentation, which gives you the freedom to research and use new resources that were not presented in class. I highly recommend it!

This is probably the only choice so I am going to finish it. The content is OK and the teacher seems to know what is doing, but he is not good at teaching at all. First of all, I would recommend him when introducing the topic is to show what he is going to achieve, I mean, the final result. Second, not everybody uses TVs or 27" monitors for watching Udemy, so please, when coding, use full screen instead of 3/4 of the screen for coding. My last recommendation, teaching is not a party, but neither a funeral. A little bit of enthusiasm when speaking would be necessary.

The way that the tutor organizes his code it's not so good. He could create differents files along the topcs. Every time he starts a new subject the previous code is commented or erased, using always the same file "index.html"

Good Course, did start on a low level and that is just what I was looking for! Hope i can create an nice schoolproject out of this tutorial. So far so good!

I found most of this course incredibly useful. I'm hooked, it's fun and I'm currently designing webapps for work, albeit knowing JavaScript really well could help a great deal. That's the next step. The instructor is quite funny and entertaining.

Victor is very easily understandable. No complex accents which exhausts you over time trying to understand which is probably more my own weakness but really helps. Content is planned out nicely and I look forward to completing this course.

The course is good we go over the majority of leaflet possibilities but theres some part that need to be more detailed like how to create a server for example or how to make popup for a polygon that we read in geojson format. In summary this course is very good to learn leaflet
