Until 2025 I was City Manager of Ploiești, Romania (a city budget of about EUR 200 million), and earlier I was Deputy Director General of Romania's prison service. This course is perfect for those who want to become a quality manager and control the quality of their projects. I loved this course because it provided me with a lot of knowledge and tips on how to become a quality manager. I was able to create quality control plans and use the PMBOK guide as a reference. I hope to use all of the knowledge that I learned in this course to become a quality manager and get the opportunity to control the quality of my projects.

The course was both informative and entertaining. I can't wait to put what we learned into practice! I've always enjoyed learning new things, but this class has really increased my passion for it now--the content of the lectures were great as well their instructor's style-he made them fun while still being educational (I don’t know if you'll remember us discussing how important personality fit is in hiring? It applies here). And then when he started talking about all those fascinating tools...

I didn't get very far because it was very difficult to tease out useful information. The kind of lecture where they say a lot but don't really tell you anything....there may be some useful info in here for absolute beginners but I couldn't even take notes from this. It was as if someone just started reading from a book without any distinct use of sentences and the slide were the same. If I paid for this, I'd want a refund
