Course Description
*Top-Rated Udemy Instructor with 1,000,000 Students + Earn an Official Life Coach Certification*
Research conducted over decades by the Gallup Organization shows clearly that the number 1 factor that determined the job satisfaction and performance of valuable employees, and therefore leads them to grow with the organization, is the relationship they have with their boss. That’s you!
If you want happy, productive employees who contribute to the organization and fulfill their potential, it’s time to take your role as a manager beyond simply managing their behavior or responsibilities, and instead facilitate their development—as a coach.
Being a coach isn’t about simply developing your employees skills or careers, it’s about helping them grow as a person. It means you are personally invested in their wellbeing and development. Being a high-performing manager is not about telling your employees what to do and providing feedback only during annual performance reviews. It means taking responsibility for their performance and success by partnering with them to chart a course to desired outcomes and supporting them along the way.
The time you invest in coaching your employees will reduce the time you spend putting out fires, handling issues, and compensating for low performance.
Don’t be a coach...
... just because 70% of employee learning and development happens on the job, not through formal training programs
... Or because 63% of organizations are using internal coaching because the benefits are numerous
... Or because leaders who implemented coaching effectively and frequently improved results for their business by a staggering 21% compared to managers that do not use coaching.
Become an employee performance coach because of the direct impact it will have on your relationships, your staff’s performance, and your organization’s long-term success.
This program will provide best practices for coaching your employees, including:
How to approach the relationship and develop a strong relationship of trust
Exactly how to structure the process, including scripts, assessments, and templates.
Effective communication techniques
How to establish goals, expectations and what needs improvement
Plus, you’ll learn a proven done-for-you coaching process for creating an employee performance improvement plan, including:
Establishing Performance Expectations
Assessing Employee Needs
Analyzing Performance
Providing Feedback
So, are you ready to help your employees increase their performance and enhance their careers? If so enroll now, we look forward to seeing you in the course!

I enjoyed how compact this course is, yet giving adequate information together with examples of how to execute the tasks at hand. I found myself going through certain situations where I feel I exercised some of the tools and techniques, and there are others where I will certainly do better now that I am equipped. The additional material will come in very handy in putting all this newly learned knowledge to great use. I like how both the lecturers linked and created continuation from each other. Like a tag team. All in all, I enjoyed this course, and I look forward to enrolling in more courses to improve myself so that I can better serve my organisation.

Very good match for me. Identified weaknesses I can improve and where I can be strengthened. I feel the information can help me be an effective communicator but also motivate and empower others to change in a positive way. Truly have enjoyed the insight.

Yes, the necessary skills required to be an effective Coach. Invests time, know-how, and effort in enhancing another person's growth, knowledge, and skills, and responds to critical needs in the life of that person in ways that prepare the individual for greater productivity or achievement in the future.

I like the content and that the presenters seem very well qualified to teach the material. I wish there were notes included in the presentation so I don't have to take them myself. But maybe they are there and I just haven't found them yet. I'll be looking now.

This course is a great match for me. It explains how coaching can have a positive impact vs a negative impact based on how you navigate the coaching. The course expresses the importance of setting a proper foundation and the necessary basics needed to aide in the process and the follow through. Overall, I believe the jewels in the course can help me become a better manager/supervisor and coach.

I am just starting to explore the world of coaching so please consider this opinion in that context. Compared to some other coaching resources, I found this course to be closer to traditional performance management rather than coaching.

I have found these life coaching courses are exactly what I need to establish my Coaching Business. I love the resources and templates that are crucial to course presentations. Very helpful. A bit slow at the start, but really picked up in the middle and the end. You get lots of useful activities and documentation which was helpful for putting the concepts into practice. I would recommend it to others looking for coaching advise.
