Great course, you will learn some ( not all ) of the tools on Clip Studio Pro, I use Pro the instructor use's EX but he does explain if needed how to do something in Pro if you have that. This will not teach you how to draw or be great at Manga, but it will show you whats needed to crack on in Clip Studio Pro/EX at your own pace.

This "teacher" is all over the place. Difficult to follow his lessons. The layer session is a joke, I had to go to youtube to understand a simple thing this guy could not explain. Cannot understand why it is rated as 4,7 stars plus it is not updated since 2015 and in the introduction he says he would be updating the course, all bla bla bla. I dont even get me started on how he promotes hes works here, what a joke! Asking for my money back.

It is easy to watch on mobile but depending on the size of your screen you may want to watch on a tablet or desktop. Very engaging very informative

I was working on another course on Udemy on Clip Studio Paint and didn't like it and wasn't going to finish it. I have a class from Neil on drawing that is wonderful so I thought I would do his Manga Studio 5 to see if I could start learning the software. So glad I took this class because I really like the way Neil teaches and now- with practice- I feel like I can get somewhere!!!

I am new to the program, and was confused because I had came from using photoshop, or most recently, open canvas. It crashed on me often, maybe once every day and sometimes 4 or five times a day. So I finally sought out something cheaper and not to mention more stable. anyway.. I believe this taught me evarything I needed and more than some. Exactly what i needed and with demonstrations to boot.
