Really well taught. I am thankful to have found this series. I started art in watercolor, which I enjoy, but found I didn't really understand what I was doing. Also, didn't know how to draw and so my paintings were off but I didn't know why. This series is giving me the foundation I need to do watercolor well. Learning how to draw is important. So here I am and really enjoying learning and also know I am building a solid foundation to drawing well but also painting well. Thank you!

Great teacher and explanations on developing drawing skills through fundamentals. I never thought I could do any kind of art especially not drawing, but I have always wanted to. At nearly 40 years old I am finally learning to draw, and I am having a blast doing it. This course makes things make sense for me. If you are on the fence I encourage you to try it out yourself.

Incredible course, it starts with basic skills and levels up to more and more advanced skills. I feel like I am getting a front row seat at an art academy. Well laid out and organized. Exercises are clear and sequential, building on skills learned in previous exercises. Strongly recommend doing the courses in order, as suggested by Brent Evinston the instructor.

Brent opened 3D rooms in my brain in terms of drawing :D. Really satisfied with this course, it's a valuable investment in my career as an artist and in a few niches of graphic design I'm preparing for. I've started it from basic skills and following and doing my practice work in each of them as I feel my drawing skills are improving with every course I finish in this series. I found this course to be very much beyond my expectations. Brent has really given me the hope of truly being able to learn to draw far beyond what most people struggle to get to grips with in their drawing practice simply because they never realise the existence of these unique traditional techniques and the importance of patiently and diligently practicing them. I have hope now in being able to bring my drawings up to a much higher level of compitence, and even a more professional quality in my artwork. Yes! This best part about this series is it feels like being slowly walked through a lesson. I don't feel rushed or like I'm falling behind.

Excellent foundational course for those who, like me, struggle to perceive objects in 3D in order to draw volumetrically and being able to manipulate them in deep space. This course is a must for anyone interested in drawing from their imaginations further down the line.

Just finished the first two weeks, and the third is still awesome!
