I'm the entire IT department for a 150-person company. Got hit with ransomware at 2am. Veeam Orchestrator (learned in this course) automatically detected the attack, isolated infected VMs, and started clean restores. I woke up to an email: 'Incident detected and resolved.' Attackers wasted their time. This course taught me to automate disaster recovery. Now I actually sleep at night.

Used to DREAD the words 'We need to restore.' Manual tape restores took hours, often failed. This course taught me Veeam properly. Now restores are 10 minutes, never fail, users don't even notice. Went from most-stressed person in IT to most-confident. Backup isn't scary when you actually know what you're doing. This course transforms anxiety into competence.
