Mastering Palo Alto Networks (Udemy.com)

I really enjoyed this course. I have worked with Palo Alto firewalls before, but there were a lot of things that were not so clear, this course pretty much went over everything in a very easy to understand and follow format. The only thing that would have made it better would be a PDF with notes and the slides, but I took my own notes so it was no big deal. Thanks for the course.

Very good course. I think the author could show the labs topology in Eve-NG or GNS3 before showing the GUI with the commands, procedures, etc It's more like a small advice because the course is very well structured, Rene is clear and concise. Coming from a zero knowledge in Palo Alto, I now feel confident in working with one. Thanks

In the end the course has good content, but, the instructor seems to be making the course on the fly, constantly repeating ideas, an taking too much time on a not so relevant concepts specially during preambles. The instructor also has several pet phrases that I found distracting.

Too fast to talk and too fast to click on the videos and this require me to rewind the video to see again. can be extend this training from 9 hours 15 hours. other than this, it is very good and excellent. If the instructor share a material, will be good too.

I think this course has introduced a solid understanding of the PA FW in a quick and solid way. Rene is correct when he said practicing will greatly enhance one's knowledge. This is true for any technology. I appreciate this training because it has boosted my knowledge very quickly. I do have Cisco Firepower and FTD background so it was quite easy to follow along. There were a couple of areas which went by quickly but overall I was pleased. Thanks Rene for this experience.

Course was awesome and providing good knowledge in Palo Alto FW. Thanks a lot. I think this course needs more labs and examples for more understanding. You need a good knowledge in networking for good understanding

Professor tem uma ótima didática e as aulas são muito interessantes. Ele demonstra ter muito conhecimento do assunto, tanto prático como teórico e relembra o aluno a todo o momento das coisas importantes. As legendas ajudam os alunos que têm pouca familiaridade com o inglês a entenderem as aulas.

This is a great course. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the material. Very clear, concise and informative teaching. He teaches from a beginners perspective and that helped to fill in some of the blanks that were missing for me. Thank you sir!

Great course to start with for getting familiar and to become beginner to intermediate level firewall administrator. Hopefully Rene will come up with a detailed course on PCNSE in future.
