This is a 6.5 hour, 89 lecture tour of Microsoft 365 administration from the Intellezy Trainers team. It walks through the admin center, users and groups, custom domains, hybrid Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Yammer and a long compliance and security section. Despite the exam number in the title, it reads more like an orientation for people who need to understand what an admin does than a study guide. It assumes you already know Microsoft 365 as an everyday user, and about 20,000 students have enrolled.
Reviewers like the teaching. Words that come up are short, clear and well explained, and the 4.6 average across 5,865 ratings backs that up, with few one and two star scores. One student singled out the Single Sign On and AD Connect material. The complaints are about age and exam fit. The last update was April 2020, and reviewers say Skype for Business should have given way to Teams. A 2025 reviewer says many of the security features are gone from 365. Others say the details are thin, the text is small on a tablet, and questions in the Q&A go unanswered.
The exam warning is the big one. Reviewers say the exam is old (one points to the newer MS-203 code), that the videos miss ADFS, and that the real test leans on PowerShell and migration scenarios the course barely touches. Two one star reviews say it does not prepare you for the exam. As a short, paid introduction for helpdesk staff or a manager planning an Office 365 rollout, it does the job, with the caveat that parts are dated. For certification, look elsewhere.

Well the instructor is prefect but exam is old the new exam code is Ms-203 why it is not up to date? at lest for regular students update should be free , and the exam code should be written if the training is absolute it should be removed from the training list.

Course is definitely nice and a good learning, but this course is not updated with time, like it should have teams administration section instead of skype now. Also there are many section which are very old. This course was last updated on 2018, and Microsoft is changed a lot since then.
