This is a 3.4 hour course on the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, taught by Taimur Ijlal, an information security leader with more than 20 years in the field. It has 33 lectures across six sections, and about half the runtime (104 minutes) goes to the Core, where the Govern, Map, Measure and Manage functions are walked through one by one. It is written for risk, cybersecurity, privacy and compliance people. Basic risk management knowledge helps, and no AI background is needed.

Reviewers mostly like how clear it is. Several call it easy to follow, with practical cases that tie the framework to real work, and a number praise the instructor's teaching. One followed along with the NIST playbook and advises going slowly. The complaints are consistent too. A few found it theoretical and repetitive across the four functions, said he reads the slides, or felt the fictional companies added little. One wanted more technical implementation, one found the pace fast, and one was bothered by mouth noise.

This course is very informative, well structured, and easy to digest. It is not easy to find a framework that specifically addresses the integration of AI into GRC. This is an excellent course. I am going through it very slowly, taking good notes and following along with the NIST AI RMF playbook, which helps a lot. The instructor's explanation is great. Don't fly through this; take time to really understand what is going on and why, in each of these sections.

Good clear slides and examples. I had to slow the video down at times as Taimur clearly had a lot to say and I wanted to understand the various points he was making! Lots of useful bits. Like everything, the challenge will be taking it forward in practice - Govern, Map, Measure & Manage - and integrating it with our existing frameworks.

As the instructor himself agrees, the NIST RMF is quite bland and dull. It feels theoretical and seems to repeat the same stuff in each section be it Govern, Map, Measure or Manage. The course did not go much into technical implementation of the framework which was a bummer,

This course was very helpful and exactly what I was looking for. The instructor gets straight to the point without any unnecessary fluff, which I really appreciated. Every section is packed with informative, practical content that you can actually apply. My only small suggestion (not a criticism) is that including a NIST toolkit would make an already brilliant course even more amazing. That said, even without it, this is an excellent course from start to finish. Well worth the time and money.
