Beginner friendly. HTML/CSS is not taught here, just used a template. Older version of xampp is used. Php functions aren't well explained. Although i found it good. :)

Jazeb has a great way of explaining in detail all of the code used in the process of building the page. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about php in a practical fashion.

The good point is the instructor describe the connection between PHP and MySQL is clear and gives the good logical steps. The disadvantage is I installed the latest version of PHP MySQL and all the lectures cannot be used in my SQL database. Look on the bright side, I searched many questions and answers in stackoverflow and got another good way to know the mysqli with PDO.

Definitely learned some good stuff in here, plus always have one legit LOL from Jazeb's courses. I like the lecture on the hacker & how happy he was after he cracked the dB. He thought he was going to get .... that evening lol. Some of the code could be updated. For example, rolling your own salts is not recommended & there is much easier/correct way to do this in php. using mysql & not mysqli and I don't know why? This isn't a big deal as the conversion is easy. Other than that, the course is good. Jazeb know's his stuff.

If there's something to write or say about this course especially after completing 'complete php mysql with 5 projects' from this same instructor, hmmmm, He's not only knowledgeable about his field, but very frank and opened to free sharing of his codes. great course, presented in a logical order with detailed explanations and examples. nice final review to check over everything. would like to see source code downloadable in a different format, but was ok.
