The content was all delivered via constant lectures with little to no visual aids. I had to google examples of presented concepts while taking the course. The quizzes during the lecture were a great way to summarize topics as we progressed, but sometimes I got lost because of the method used to present the questions and answers. The method was Sorin presenting the options with no visual alignment to the answers. I will end that Sorin is very knowledgeable and the content was still very good overall.

This was an incredible experience. I've read lot's of selfdevelopment books, listened to lots and lots of audio's, but I must say that Sorin really delivered! Step by step, practical and very clear he takes us on a tour through in fact, our mind, our thinking patterns and our actions. Going through this experience has not only made me think of things i never would of before but has given me affirmation to questionable ideas that i have be holding onto.

The information is very thorough and the presentation style makes listening to the lectures easy and pleasant. Quizzes after each section are also very helpful and assists with reinforcing the information presented. The instructor explains all topics well and with sufficient examples to understand the material. Excellent at explaining the topics in a matter that is easily understood.

It was good and very perfect. I believe almost every details was touched and taught. I had some problems with the micro interactions (deep ones though) but I managed to scale through a lot and would need to do some more studying on the interactions. Overall, it was wonderful and I am so happy I went through with this course.

This course could be improved with a basics of Agile to start with. It assumes knowledge that I expected to learn. Also early in the course it talks about the health database from before but that wasn't mentioned before the example. Also once I understood the exercises they were good, but there was no getting to understand that some answers were wrong and some were right. Clarification early would have helped. Otherwise I come away better informed about Agile than before I started, so well done.

The course is a good overview of some Agile principles compared to traditional PM methodologies. It does not go into much detail such as case studies and the examples given are very brief. If a quick overview is what you are looking for this course may be for you.

One improvement would be for the speaker to pause between sentences. Another improvement would be to slow the speaking presentation a little. Although in English, the foreign accent, along with certain pronunciations, made following at a brisk tempo slightly difficult. Finally, I was also expecting to be introduced to tools used in the Agile process, and this would be a benefit.

This course made me curious about Agile. Now that I have a pretty good idea about its application and advantages, I think I might try to adopt some components. So, a well designed course with a good internal logic and well chosen examples for all the concepts presented. And, fair to the traditional approaches also. Does not pretend to sell the amazing new all game changing solution.
By Margot Bogaert on 7/3/2015
A very useful course on adopting an Agile approach and shifting from the traditional project management practices. I liked more the pragmatic and fair approach, recognizing that there is a fair balance between traditional and Agile practices. The course is focused on making the transition, when needed and where needed, presenting also the Agile methodologies' principles and practices as resulted from the Agile Manifesto.
