Course Description

Adobe Lightroom is one of The Most Powerful Imaging Software in the World right now. In this course I will make sure that you will be ale to master this amazing Tool and create outstanding images.
This course is design to teach you by doing real work. What does it mean? Except the fact I am telling you what the tools do, and explaining my steps, I am also sharing with you all of the images I am working with - so you can follow and copy my steps, and even better - apply your own changes.
I believe this way of learning is most effective - ecause theory doesnt matter if we cannot apply it to reality.
Images can e magical, by to make them that way you need to get to know how to work with them, know how colors work and what need to be done on each and every image.
I am going to start very simple to make sure even beginners can easily follow the lectures.
At first we are going to talk about Importing Images and Basic Panel - where most of the things happen and you can get full control on lights and shadows. As the course progress I am going to talk aout other panels that are most important for your workflow.
When I will be sure you know everything and you are ready to work, we will start working on some landscape images I have taken during my travel. We will e using the knowledge that you've got in previous lessons.
This course is universal, thats why after landscape images we will be working with amazing portrait Images taken by Ariel Grabowski. I will show you how to approach and edit portrait image, how to clean up the image, how to work with contrasts, even how to do small dodge & burn in Lightroom. And finally how to make your image stand up by working with colors.
As a second example of portrait editing, I will show you how to work with lack and white images to make sure they're dramatic enough to impress!

There was nothing new. If you have played around with camera raw or lightroom you don't need this course. It'll just enhance your ideas

I find the voice a bit monotonous an the tempo of the course too relaxed. The editing of the first image can be much better, even after the steps the photo is not particularly captivating. Towards the end of the course things get better. I like L13 and L17 - quite helpful tips.

TL;DR - Many helpful exercises, good for beginner, responsive instructorThis course has tons of exercises which will help you to learn more about Lightroom functions. Pretty much most of the basics are covered in this course. Also, the instructor is very responsive and helpful.However, this course is a little bit too basic, though the functions taught are enough for you to know how to edit, import and export the photos. The instructor is pretty fast as well so you have to pause the video many times while following his steps on the exercises.

Obviously knows the product, but less knowledge of how to teach. For example, little to no explanation of why theposition of the various Basic sliders was chosen in the way they were. Far too rapid dismissla of Whote Balane (what is White Balance ?). Too rpid moveent of pointer to be able to see where it is and follow it.
