The content of the course is good, but it's very difficult to understand the instructor's accent, so instead of just listening to the material, I have to read it, and it takes my brain time to process it but he's already moved on to the next topic. It's much easier if you can understand the instructor, no offense.

Sometimes breaking down how I think through problems has a lot to be desired. Problem Solving and Critical Thinking appears to be well thought out and laid out as critical to my quest for improvement. Thank you.

Taking my time when making a decision on something. Not rushing to decide on something, that I can't take back. Think before I make a decision on something, especially if it is something serious. I think I can benefit from watching these videos.

It reinforced a more structured approach to analyzing situations and making decisions, which I’ve been able to apply in my work. I found the frameworks practical and easy to use, especially when dealing with complex issues. Overall, it helped improve both my confidence and clarity in problem solving.

I'm enjoying the course but I do wish there were downloadable slides. There's so much valuable information and many visual aids; however, having to screenshot everything myself causes me to have to slow down and frequently pause/rewind. But again, I am enjoying the course!

Yes, appreciate the deep dive and details of the human psychology and how the brain operates as well as the outline of various mechanisms and models used for critical thinking. A great comprehensive course that allows for future exploration into specific models and methods

This course serves as a fair introduction to a wide range of organizational & decision-making strategies, and seems to be structured primarily around making you aware of them in order to be able to delve further into their application on your own. To that end, it accomplishes what it sets out to do.

Very informative and enjoyable course. Wasn't sure what I was seeking when I started the course, but received so much information that I feel can add value to my thought process and methods of making decisions.
By Karin H Taylor on 2/24/2025
The speaker is very inspiring and dynamic. I would like to be on a team with him. The things I have earned are how to define a problem in a more holistic way - identifying the root cause, then work toward solving it with tools like the Six Sigma, Pareto chart, and Ishakawa/fish chart. And by asking the 5 whys.
