A short, general-purpose course on how to work through a problem in stages: reframe it, find the causes, generate options, pick one, and follow through. It runs about two and a half hours across 43 lectures, with six quizzes and a late section on cognitive biases. Jamal Lazaar, a former project manager turned trainer, presents it. It suits managers and employees who want a simple process to lean on, not a deep method course.

Reviewers like the clarity most. Explanations are short, each concept gets a real-life example, and tools like Pareto analysis and design thinking are shown as something to use rather than theory. Two reviewers say it carries straight over to work and home life. The complaints are specific. One two-star reviewer finds the presenter's cadence hard to stay with. Another felt the cognitive-bias section drifted off topic, and the lone one-star review calls the material rudimentary, the sort of thing found in books or on YouTube. With 4.5 stars from about 30,000 reviews, that is a minority view, but the course is introductory.

A good start, challenging mindset or changing mindset in order to resolve problems. Interested in the next modules on identifying root cause of problems and generating solutions. Too many problems to solve currently. Think this course may prove invaluable!
