How to give and receive feedback effectively (Udemy.com)

The course covers a wide range of aspects related to providing and receiving feedback with people at all levels, which is highly relevant for a team member like me. I was able to immediately apply the suggested methods to real situations I am currently facing, which gave me confidence to put them into practice with both my manager and my team members.

I'd say this was one of the best courses for exchanging feedback. Clear, concise, and packed with real-world examples. It stayed straight to the point, and I'd absolutely recommend taking it.

overall is good, the tips and techniques are easy to understand and apply but i fail the role play maybe because of English is my 2nd language then the AI does not understand my point, i will try again later

I appreciated the examples used to demonstrate the different points. However, I found very annoying the voice and character used in the AI role play. Compared to other AI role plays at Udemy, I didn't find the experience very satisfying due to what I think is a lack of "natural" behaviour : the AI is over enthusiastic yet not very engaged in the conversation.

It helps me to understand how I may come across by how I say things and not just what I say.. Through how I annunciate, body language, and how to give and receive feedback more effectively

I believe this course reinforces the topic nicely with examples and provides a good exercise with the AI chatbot. A short and effective course. I also think the techniques provided are applicable and memorable. Thank you.
